Implementing Row Level Security within Excel

In this Demo, I show how I was able to implement Row Level Security within Excel. This endeavor was motivated by a range of internal restrictions, as well external motivating factors namely, Reza Rad's blogpost on Dynamic Row Level Security with Power BI Made Simple.
